Bilingual Job Fair - Friday, May 10th

Friday, May 10th will be the final day of Newcomer Employment Week / Semaine pour l'emploi des nouveaux arrivants and the final activity will be a Bilingual Job Fair! 

Time: 1:00pm - 4:00pm 
Location: Queensbury Convention Centre 
Address: Evraz Centre - 1700 Elphinstone Street  

This will be an occasion to meet representatives from Francophone employment service providers, to learn about programs and services that exist, as well as to network with several companies and local vendors.

There will also be presentations on the following topics:

• 1.30pm-2.30pm: Professional Development and Stress Management in the Workplace
  Presented by the Assemblée communautaire fransaskoise (ACF) 
  
  
• 2.30 pm-3.30pm: Understanding the Workers’ Compensation Board
  Presented by the Worker’s Compensation Board (WCB) 
  
  
• 3.30pm-4.30pm: Income Tax Preparation Workshop
  Presented by Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
